I'm not "happy" that the government sold the public utility companies so that there's now loads of businesses looking after their shareholders rather than their customers even though there's still the one electricity wire and one gas pipe coming into the house.As long as high bills aren't a stress do whatever makes you happy
NPower were always one of the worst IMO. There's a reason they wound up and merged into E.ONI've already had more that enough "stress" with NPower, the Energy Ombudsman at least twice telling them that they had to apologise to me and pay me compensation. I never had that with the MEB who just properly did what they were meant to do.
