I agree there's a lot a screens - but when football/rugby/cricket/quidditch is on its prob the best place to be!

The bar folk seemed lovely to me and I thought the whole place had a great vibe - I like the fact its a little grubby round the edges - its a real pub not a fake Butlers Bell type that's just a chain!

Went in for a quiet drink ! My god the jukebox was so loud , a woman was sitting at the bar with a shrill to deafen anyone , we sat as far away from he'd and she still irritated the hell out of me . And it was £4.00 for a bottle of Bulmers , Nopewont be going again :(

Could have been the lady often sat in the main stand at the 'boro who squawks "CUMMON RANGERS" every two mins, " 45 times a game can somewhat irksome"........ Writes Dave McClean....

About 25 different bottles of ale in the tap and spile, all available now. Several lymestone, some from quartz I think? And several other more usual ones like hobgoblin and spitfire.
