We are looking for a new person Saturday! The position is to assist in our deli/cafe serving customers, keeping everything ship shape. Hours will be every Saturday from 10am - 4pm with the possibility of additional shifts during the summer and other busy periods.
Ideally we are looking for someone who can continue working post September i.e this is not just a summer job. We are eq
ually prepared to consider any aged candidate and previous experience of a similar envvironment is not essential but a responsible attitude is essential. There will be occasions once the person is confident with the job that they will be left unsupervised but with assistance.
The person we are looking for must be smiley, friendly, able to stimulate conversation but be sensitive to customer needs, be presentable, capable and not sniffy about having to wash up, clean or prepare food. For the right candidate we offer uniform, basic food hygiene training, on the job retail training and basic food prep training.
