Is this being pulled down? , or is it just everything around the side and back being cleared ? , Noticed all around it , fencing has been put up, saying demolition site, keep out. They seem to have already cleared the side just behind where those billboards were.

I dunno, the sale signs were taken down on the centre itself, and there's a sold sign up at the back near the car park, that says 1 ache land plot sold.

In all honesty, the area would be better without it, it looks terrible.

The monstrosity u refer to will remain for now. Now the wildlife has lost its home they might as well cleared the whole area to my mind!

Watched what we think were 2 woodpeckers, very confused. Kept coming back to stare at where the trees were, quick circle about then back again as if to double check they were in the right place.

Perhaps they're going to build another block like the dole office, making it blend in with the streetscene by breaking all the windows and setting fire to a few cars.

I don't know whether i should be impressed with your expectations of the woodpeckers' capabilities, or dismayed at your low opinion of what they would do with them.
