Does anyone know who this person is? I keep seeing him around Stafford, he travels by bicycle, with his gardening equipment attached.
This week I've seen him on Radford Bank, and this afternoon sweeping floodwater back into the Sow by the footpath close to M&S.
He was equipped with a petrol powered airblower today!!

I've seen him a few times over by Sainsburys, he cut the trees over hanging the Troll bridge once, just comes along on his bike, bish-bash-bosh, job done. Then just rides away.

The Beaconside cycle path, between Sandon Road and the Tollgate junction, would be unusable without him - the brambles would take the side of your face off.

Seen him clearing leaves from pavements on Corporation Street, Weston Road and Astonfields this week......

We were talking to him in June as he was cutting back the overhanging hedgerow on the canal path at Baswich . Told him what a great job he's doing. Seen him around quite a lot up Radford/Wildwood/ Baswich over the past few years.

He’s the Guerrilla Gardener. Living proof that the Leaf Blower is mightier than the Council Bureaucrat’s Pen. He’s Everywhere (but not Nowhere). All hail The Guerrilla Gardener !

On a dog walk down Weeping Cross I saw someone tidying up the road. Kept getting things out of the gutter (bottles mostly) and putting them out of the way.

His name is Martin Reay.

There is currently a crowd funding page to buy him new tools etc.

The guy is a Stafford gem. I have seen him numerous times on a path near where I live cleaning out leaves from a poorly designed drain that the incompetent council installed some years ago and which has never been fit for purpose.
