This is the key part of the government guideline, both now and from Wednesday ....

At all times, [you] should continue to observe social distancing guidelines when you are outside your home, including ensuring you are 2 metres away from anyone outside your household.

All the government is doing is changing (increasing) the likelihood that you'll screw up.

250,000th poster!
Just wondering.... If I'm at work, and a member of my family turns up and keeps 2 meters away, but then another member of my family but from a different household also turns up at the same time and keeps 2 metres away, do I get to go home & have the day off?

Also, why is it ok for me to mix with many many people from different households (that I don't know) in one day at work, as long as I keep 2 meters away, but not other members of my own family at 2 meters away when I'm not?

Ask Boris because I doubt anybody else will understand the 'logic' to just about anything he's announced.

I'll be sending my drones to the sky this thursday night.
So give them a wave if you are all out clapping for carers this week :)

You do realise that's an offence these days if its implying shooting a drone down ?.
As for me , I'll be complying with CAA regs , I'm licenced and have all permissions in place.

I wouldn't condone that sort of behaviour on a public forum or anywhere else for that matter, it could get people in a lot of bother.

I'm not saying you would do such a thing and have posted it as a bit of fun , but there are some idiots that would think they have the right to bring a drone down or interfere with an operator in charge of it.

They dont.

The correct course of action would be to contact the police who would then check my credentials and recorded digital flight records to ensure I was operating legally.

I can provide a document relating to my legal requirements if required.

Just saying ;)

I'm condoning nothing mate, lighten up :)

Had my drone up this afternoon trying to ascertain if the little sods nesting in my roof were bees or wasps.

They're wasps, so Wasp Man can come round and do his worst ASAP as far as I'm concerned.

No offence taken , as I said you had likely posted in jest.

I've already had a police visit a few years back down to an interfering sh#t stirrer who thought she knew it all .
This not only wasted my time but also the officer who visited.
It was probably most embarrassing to the officer having to deal with the report as I was perfectly within my rights , However it means I now have to cover myself legally as theres always going to be someone like that around.

The fact that your pic already got a like proves there still is ;)
