Its another US show and if you like 28 Days Later, Dawn of the Dead etc then I think you will like it.

Has got the bloke out of Teachers / Chris Ryans Strike Back in it.

Also has Sarah Tancrety from Prison Break involved.

I love my post apocalyptic zombie shows.

Watched the pilot episode - it was brilliant ! well worth a watch if you like zombie type stuff (i.e. 28 days later and such like)

Saw the sixth and final episode of the first series last night and I really couldn't be happier with how this has turned out.

I'm a comics geek, I receive a package of new comics each month, and when I rip it open the new issue of The Walking Dead is always the first thing I look for. It's been my favourite comic for a few years, so I had high hopes for the TV series, and it did not disappoint.

A shame it ran to only six episodes, but I gather it'll be back next year for a 13-episode second series. Something to look forward to...

i just watched this last night as well, and had no idea it was the last of the season until the announcer, er, announced it once the credits rolled! gutted, i was really enjoying it.. although i thought the CGI of the final big event (won't say more for those that haven't seen it) was a bit cuffy..

Great to see so many British actors getting starring roles in US programmes.
Great show looking forward to season two.
