I've moved away from Stafford. What do I miss.

The water, nothing like scum on top of your tea.

The smell from the Golf club extension.

Traffic.

Honestly there are some good pubs with genuine people and the banter on the forum. The railway station and Victoria Park. Cannock chase. It's a shame that the Council cannot plan and organise properly.

I finally thought of something genuinely not available anywhere else in the world, but available in Stafford; Collectable Records!!! Love the place

From an outsider but resident for 16 years:

1. Isobel Trail / Marshes / Victoria Park / Rowley Park. Gives the place a "real town and country" vibe. There's no shortage of stuff to do outdoors either.
2. Stafford Balti. The carrying of quality beers from the Coach and Horses across the road experience is not available anywhere else I've ever been. Guests of mine have been genuinely stunned by the ability to do this (if you still can?). Timothy Taylor Landlord + Balti and Naan is of the gods.
3. The people. You're just dead friendly to outsiders and there are some genuine legends in Stafford who do stuff for the all the right reasons.
