Ticketmaster?

Anybody used these before, I'm supposed to be going to Bristol tomorrow to see Big Audio Dynamite, paid for the tickets over a month ago, still not received, I'm sure in the past they have arrived on the day but that gig was so long ago, their records don't show it. I'm so peed off, last gig of the tour, with the exception of V. Grrrrrrrr.

Are they electronic tickets? Last few times I have used ticketmaster I have had a code emailed to me, and for shambala they text it to me.

No, they were for posting.

I've just received an email from Customer Services in under an hour response saying that they have cancelled the posted ones (which status shows as printing) and will now be able to collect from the door. A reprieve but I don't think I will use them again.

Ticketmaster are typically the "Big Daddy" of ticket sales AFAIK. I've used them in the past and not had any problems.

I've used gigs and tours the last few times, their admin fee is a couple of quid less than ticketmaster and they only charge it per transaction rather that per ticket

Used them plenty of times no fails just a lot of commission for buggerall.work

Make sure u take some evidence.of purchase to the gig in case some Jonny has duplicate tickets

It was all good in the end, tickets were available at the door, I won't use them again.

I've just gone round in circles with ticket master, it's impossible to find a contact number and their online thing sends you daft. Spent ages faffing with their stupid form and then it wont even send.

I'm just a bit concerned about some tickets I've ordered for Elton John (Yeah sad I know but.....) in June that have already been sent out and received by others, but just not me

Fed up, think I'll have to leave it for a min (before the laptop goes out the window) and try again later.

Try this Bob....type Ticketmaster into the search company box and it's the 4th one down SayNoTo0870.

but the first number (4th down) goes to a recorded message telling you to go send a message through the website and the 1 next to it is for a different company all together. I'll work my way through the first 3 lines now though.

Reg is playing Walsall , which is nice
