I'm still not sure how the hell you do that on a 30mph Rd!?
The speed done on this road very regularly is a joke. This is the second time this year (to my knowledge) someone has had a bad smash where excess speed has almost certainly been a factor. Cars over taking others who are obeying the speed limit is a daily occurrance.

Apparantly only fatalities can trigger actual change. Average speed check the whole bloody road would be my preferred approach

I've been passed on there by someone who didn't spot the little island ahead and had to go the far side of it to complete the manoeuvre.

Yes same on the Stone Rd, especially just by little Tesco, many times I've been tooting along at 30mph at 6.20am and some idiot has decided they need to overtake me on the wrong side of the Rd, they can't even wait till they get to the duel carriageway bit...... Idiots.

The poor people who live in the house hit on the Eccleshall Road at the weekend have some significant structural damage from the crash. No way were those cars doing 30mph, one may well have been, but not the other

... a radio advert that I thought had been withdrawn. It was on a lot, but I haven't heard it for a few months.

It is celebrating the fact that Tesco has operated, in the jurisdiction in which I currently am, for twenty five years now and ends with a slogan which refers to their general "Every little helps" motto.

It is presumably intended to say "Twenty five years of a little help", but, possibly in a homage to Neil Armstrong's "One small step for (a) man", it actually says, however closely you listen to it, "Twenty five years of little help".

... Donald Mcleod say, on Radio 3,

"...famed for his fingering of organs and virginals."

I was only half-listening until he said that - I think he was talking about this bloke, who seems to have been a bit of a lad - so, fair enough, I suppose...

The line quoted above is mentioned about half way down the Wiki page and attributed to the Archbishop of Canterbury.
