After coming back from Southwold I needed to visit a number of shops and found that
1) Morrison's have a fruit basket for kids with "please take one". What a great way to get kids to try fruit.
2) Compared to Asda's "not so healthy" new stall
3) And to top it off I called into Macdonald's for a quick coffee to see the staff running a charity "guess how many sweeties in the jar" competition with the winners getting the whole jar of jelly beans. Well I suppose it was for charity if not for the kids health
