Yes, it rather surprised me that 2 riders took the short route and the other 9 (?) went round the long way. I guess after cycling 100+ km and with the tactics of the final sprint fast approaching, you've not got the luxury of thinking too much about the configuration of roundabouts. TBF, it probably wouldn't have mattered a whole lot ... but at the time, it was a bit of a surprise.When the right side of the roundabout -

The Giro has been as interesting as it has always been.The Giro d'Italia was interesting today.
It set things up very nicely for what could be an exciting "final" stage tomorrow ....
