Exchanged a few civil words with a Traffic Warden yesterday in one of the streets north of town centre.
Basically I had to park on double yellow lines because ALL parking spaces were occupied and my wife has walking difficulties (blue badge applied for) I know the wardens frequently circle the area like vultures and wouldn't have parked but there were NO information plates for the yellow lines so the yellow lines are unlawful.
