There are some "advance releases", I think they are called.... floating around at work, one guy has watched it nearly every day for a week he thinks it's so good! bought one for my boy as I'm sure he'll enjoy it, me, I'll probably be dozing on the sofa!

yeah, i've heard a lot of good things from people who have seen it.. if you go to see this expecting an intricate plot, with machiavellian plot twists, you're an idiot.. i just want 1hr 40 minutes of loud music and stuff turning into robots

Transformers 2, of course. Or any film in which they just dispense with plot and have a non-stop battle involving pirates, ninjas, zombies, superheroes, soldiers, cyborgs and aliens all battling for no reason other than to entertain me. That would probably be the ultimate form of badass.
