Hoping someone clever could suggest the best way to do the following please. So I will have a hand drawn cartoon strip, approx 12 to 15 seperate pictures. I want to produce a video of each picture, focus on each one for a few secs and move to the next pic. This needs to happen in sync with an audio track that will tell a story. So as we get to each picture the relevant audio will play.
I'm pretty IT literate but need software suggestions to transfer the hand drawn cartoon strip into video format and then something that will allow us to record the relevant audio to create one file that will play easily on a Windows pc, probably embedded in a Powerpoint presentation. I have an artist for the cartoon strip so step one is sorted,
