Has anybody used this service?

A friend of mine has and is rather dissatisfied, to put it mildly.

Just wondering if there are any other experiences.

I have no problem with using their broadband, tv and telephone service but their customer support is poor. Switch it off and back on again is always their first option, something which I will always do before braving a call to them.

Whenever our broadband goes down, I try to explain that the problem is outside of our property and that I'm a computer technician and I've done everything obvious. Their first reply is always "can you switch the router off again while you are on the phone to me please?". Grrr.

I just pretend to switch it off and on again when they ask me to do it.
