What are we watching on TV?

Two episodes left of The X Files. Dropped off a bit in the last month as I've wanted to spread it out. Finding season 11 surprisingly decent considering how much people hated it.

The Little Things. Sky Movies. Down beat police thriller with veteran cop Denzel Washington and Rami Malek. Dark and definitely not one of those shoot em up movies. Denzel Washington always good to watch, and Rami Malek, (The Pacific, Mr Robot and of course, Bohemian Rhapsody playing Freddie Mercury.) Dark story with a really clever ending which I didn't see coming, something I always like.

I'm really enjoying the new 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks' after a few eps. Took a minute to find its groove and filming during pandemic restrictions obviously impacts the chemistry a little but I think they're more or less there now.

I have managed to get the Kodi APP on my smart TV to work (which is the easy bit) but get it to connect to the hard drive that connected to my router so I can now watch all the music concerts I've amassed over the years !!

I started watching the new series of 'Cobra.' This one is called 'Cobra Cyber War.' Same cast pretty much as the first series. (Sky.) What with massive explosions, country crippling cyber attacks and possible dirty bombs I thought I might need cheering up. (It's rained all day here.)
So I started watching the ITV series 'Angela Black.'

Bloody hell !!! Talk about tense

I'm gonna need a bigger bottle of rum. 🥃🍾

Watched 'Halloween Kills' at home last night as the Odeon has been too packed of late for me to want to risk it right now. I enjoyed it a lot, though there is a point about halfway through where it goes from being great to average, partly as a result of spending too long over-explaining its social commentary and then a slightly underwhelming final act. I do wish they had not gone down the "Michael Myers as supernatural killer" road again though, as it seems a bit pointless to erase all of the sequels that established his supernatural abilities and then just do exactly the same thing.

That being said, it's definitely one of the best 'Halloween' films.

This int on the telly, it's YouTube. It's a similar way to howthe youngest would like to go. Except, he just wants have a hole dug and be put in it. No box, no fuss.

Last night I watched the last episode of the last series of 'Banshee.' (Sky.) As I've mentioned before this series is filled with madness and mayhem, I'm convinced the writers had puffed a good smoke of Harkonnen Weed juiced up with Arrakis Spice before they started typing the scripts. In four series they managed to get just about every kind of obnoxious horrible 'baddie' into the fray, (and and that's not counting that most of the 'goodies' are 'baddies' too.)
Phew I can relax for a bit ....

Ah I've read some of her books, she's great
After having a natter with the youngesr, I've decided that this is the way for me when I eventually pass. Hopefully the powers that be will allow it by then, and there will be a few places dotted around this country.
I have to be 100% honest and say that I am terrified of being buried alive. I was all for cremation, but this way, if they've made a mistake, I shall be able to notify someone and then hopefully just go home!
