There are days when you're going through this chemo shit, when you know it's going to be a bad one. You just have to plod through it, tomorrow .... (or the day after .. or the day after that) will be better. When I get a bad day like this I put this bit of music on the PC (fairly good sound system on it) and as it flows along I go out of the conservatory door into the back garden, look up at the sky and shout:

F*** YOU AND THE DAWN YOU RODE IN ON.

(Not sure what the neighbours think of this .... )
