I found that page before, but found it so annoying, like a circle jerk of links to nowhere. Not sure why it's so difficult to put a direct phone number in somewhere.https://www.staffordbc.gov.uk/noise-pollution-and-environmental-quality

That is by design.I found that page before, but found it so annoying, like a circle jerk of links to nowhere. Not sure why it's so difficult to put a direct phone number in somewhere.
Can't remember, but it's under offer again apparently.Who are the selling agents ?
i was just wondering if the sellers have included a structural report, might make interesting readingCan't remember, but it's under offer again apparently.
It's probably one of those glamorous reports which haven't been updated in years which quote a thriving town centre.i was just wondering if the sellers have included a structural report, might make interesting reading
The current to let board is Miller Sandy but it doesn't appear on their website anymore. The board has been up for years and has the 'Let' sign on it for yonks. Not really sure who would take it on as you'd need very deep pockets. Be interesting to know who actually owns the building, if it's still the Co Flop or a far flung pension fund based off shore!Who are the selling agents ?
I am pretty sure it was owned by the Co Op's pension fund years ago.
A source has told me both Game and sports direct are closing.
Game is moving into sports direct in the month , and sports direct is closing towards the end of the year for relocation into the Stafford Fraser's Department store, which is taking over the old co-op.
Make of it what you will, but seems semi likely.
Exciting news about the former Co-op store. However, I'm surprised Game are relocating to the sports direct store. That's a huge store for them!
This makes a lot more sense and sadly is another nail in the coffin for the north end of the high street.Just spoke to the guys in game and yes they are moving into sports direct by the end of the month.
They have heard that sports direct will move to Riverside (maybe the lambretta store) by the end of the year.
They have also heard that co-op are trying to buy the old building back.
I assumed a concession within sports direct, rather than an actual store…Exciting news about the former Co-op store. However, I'm surprised Game are relocating to the sports direct store. That's a huge store for them!
