It was only a matter of time before the waterfall cascading through the ceiling hit the live electrics.I have heard that the old Co-op department store has a fire incident ongoing.
The building's a ruin anyway. No one is going to take it on in its current state. Think the only way for the back half anyway, is demolition and regeneration.I went out around 9pm to get fuel and a quick loop of the town, I didn't see any lingering smoke and there wasn't a strong aroma in the air, so I hope it was limited damage and dealt with quickly.
I guess that's the perpetrator then...Yes, lots of posts on Facebook about the fire.....strange the old job centre was on fire a few days ago.....30yr old man had to have treatment...
More like they'll keep refusing like with the old job centre.Planning application inbound (refusal unlikely )
Did they see the state of the place before the fire , or are they going to class it all as fire and water damage ?"Devastating" is a bit dramatic considering the state of the place !
Yes, just as (un)likely asNobody could have seen that coming.
That was the best thing ever to happen to the Westway, prior to it's demolition, in fairness.Yes, just as (un)likely as
