Roast chicken, pigs in blankets, stuffing, roast potatoes, roasted carrots, tenderstem & gravy. We forgot about the Yorkshire puds that we had bought..

Tonight Matthew, I shall be dragging out the inner Fanny Craddock.
Braising steak and roast potatoes. I've been having a good root through the freezer, chucking stuff out, and found the steak. Spuds are from Sainsburys. Cooking everything really slowly in a nice thick Bisto gravy, house smells lush.
