Chippy tea with Irish curry sauce, and a rum & raisin rose shaped ice-cream....

Well get me being all grown up & trying scallops for the first time...and they were delicious!

Scallops, ham hock bonbon, capers & minty pea purée for me, the carer had a trio of black star bites, jalapeno bits, lasagne & basil bites, and salt & pepper hash brown bites with chilli chutney...

Then we both had braised feather blade of Welsh beef, crispy salt & pepper beef, slow roasted mushrooms, confit tomato & peppercorn sauce..... Delicious.....

And I see they have the best sea salt on the table. If you're ever Anglesey way, a tour round their factory is a must.

Beautiful meal out again for us tonight, pork belly with crackling, pork & black pudding bon bon, braised hispi, millefeuille potatoes with black garlic & parmesan, and seasonal veg with a lemon & almond dressing, cauliflower & apple sauce & a delicious jus.

Papardelle with a baby goat and mushroom ragu was very rich and flavoursome. Mrs T had moussaka made with pulled rather than minced lamb, very tasty but she wasn't keen on the texture. Two thick wedges of baklava then ouzo to finish.

Southern fried chicken burger in a normal bread roll.
With skin on McCain chips (for me).
I had a side helping of salad - lettuce, cucumber and celery. He fancied a few onion rings.
