What's for dinner/tea?

Had a roast dinner at lunchtime … pork et al. plus crackling (the best part).
Tea was McDonalds as 9 year old had a golf event in Great Barr from 3.30 til 7.

My only real attempt at cooking that doesn't involve a tin opener and microwave. A cheese onion and potato pie, from a wartime recipe based on rationing. I suppose technically it's not a pie, all that's in it is layers of cheese, onion and mashed spud. My Old Dear used to make one of these on a Saturday afternoon for when my Old Man and myself got back from the pub. We would nearly come to blows if we thought one had taken a larger share than the other ..... (and this was measured down to the molecular level.)

Simple I grant you .. but this will last me three days and it's bluddy luvvly. 😊

This is one of 'the carers' ( @Just little old me:)) favourite things... Although he's ever made it for me.... 🤔😉😉

The carer made... A chorizo, cheese, potato, spinich & onion frittata, with ceasar salad and tomato & cucumber on the side..... Yummy yum
