Supermarket pizza bastardised by the carer.

*But he drove and got me Papa John's sauce to go with it....the garlic butter one that I love, but everyone in the world hates. Bonus points tonight.
Bastardised? I never eat a supermarket pizza strait from the box!

I always add extras - if nothing else some extra cheese!

Yep!

Except I put them in the oven first then popped them in the pot for the last 5mins. I found they were really soggy otherwise!

Also added LOTS of chilli!
Think I'll make it soon, found a list of the ingredients.....excited to try the dumplings as I usually make dumplings the meat eaters way with suet....

Tonights burnt offering is either going to be something on toast, or a jacket spud with cheese.
It's the great unwasheds 32nd birthday, and his Dad asked him weeks ago if he would like to do something today, seeing how it's the first birthday he's seen him for like 12 or so years.

Tomorrow however is braised steak with roast potatoes.
Had the steak and tatas, for some reason I didn't enjoy it this time. No idea why. But my taste hasn't been the same since I had the covid.

Same, not much tastes nice unless it's spicy or chips! Hence firecracker chicken. Coffee still tastes disgusting, which a shame as black coffee is my staple drink. I can still taste and smell that horrible stale chip pan smell all of the time too.

Bernard Matthews Turkey roast. Mr Sainsburys ready roasted potatoes, and a couple of reduced price yorkie puds. And for me, Aunty Bessies carrot and swede mash, all smothered in Sainsburys vegetarian gravy.

Happy Burns Night!

Tatties, haggis (vegetarian) and vege with gravy!

Mother brought a bottle of wine and later we'll have a dram of local whisky!

These little darlings are Haggis, photographed in the wild. I seem to remember @tek-monkey enjoys stuffing them down his bone chute.
Have you introduced Eric to them yet Tek?
