But the 'sludge' post-dates the liquidation of Luddington by some number of years - as far as i can see they were wound up in 2008.

I have been told that investigation by the EA has been, been - looking for an alternative word that doesn't look or sound like 'thwarted' - been * insert word that isn't 'thwarted' here* by SCC. Apparently the expertise of the EA is not needed as the Council is on the case.

I suppose i should really be comforted with that state of affairs.

And yet i find myself not being.

I have also been told that His Lordship has been vocal on this matter.

I'm not quite sure what credence to give to wot i've heard about him because i was told he'd made criticisms of the EA in the Upper House. I haven't quite been able to fully establish if he actually still has a seat there, but i'm fairly sure he was part of the recent cull and doesn't.

I consulted Hansard about things wot i'd heard he had said and there is neither a 'Stafford' nor 'Fitzherbert' in the House.

I have no doubt whatsoever that he still has an oar in this, though. Doubt he'll ever catch a crab, what?

Franky was often in the same carriage as I, or should that be tutha way around, that is, when someone else is paying ( fostclass ) to the smoke. And he carries his little wig basket with him.

Either that or he has a very quiet miniature poodle and dunna wanna lose face

There's another Luddington that owns the golf course. Correspondence from 2013 on planning site.

the Council is on the case? .. Much in the same way they are on the case with LXB? (Marks n Spencer and Morrisons) In that they are dealing with more tax dodging - sorry - I meant avoiding - firms?

Calm down and have a Cafe Nero to soothe your nerves.
