By the time I've read them they've scrolled onwards and have to wait for them to come back again.

When you're on the Forum's home page you'll be able to see them if you scroll down to the bottom - a couple of boxes with scrolling national and local news in them.

I don't think I have ever been on the home page before.....I just go straight to "unread posts".

I know I'm not a spring chicken anymore but my mouse control has not got that bad, I can still play Theme Hospital.

Apologies; I am not a coder, so just had to use the best RSS widget I could find. I can't find a way to slow the refresh rate down, alas - if anyone can suggest an alternative widget that offers more control, then please go ahead!
