Wildwood Park

Visited Wildwood park this morning after a walk out. Lots of people enjoying the new things that all the money has been spent on. However, no toilet facilities available!
Both the ladies and mens toilets were locked up with padlocks. Walked to see if we could get a key.....the attendants office was also locked up . This was late Sunday morning , when the park was being well used , but no way of getting access to the toilets

Surely, if they expect people to use the park, the toilets should be open or someone there to give you the key.

So frustrating isn't it?! We have took a picnic there in the summer hols before now ready to set up for an afternoon, to have to leave early as toilets locked & little ones to desparate to hold on. : (

I think they keep them locked to hide how disgusting they are! They are still exactly as I remember them from when I was about 10!

The amount of money they spent on the park, and the increased amount of visitors it were to create, I'm surprised they didn't factor in a mild overhaul at a minimum - a lick of paint, some new basins and some proper lighting can't have been much in the grand scheme of things.

This is my experience of late trying to use disabled toilets that have baby change facilities on bank holidays. I'm not sure how disabled people who don't own a radar key cope. (I know you can buy radar keys from amazon, it just seems wrong)
