Before Xmas i ordered:
5, rolls of wallpaper
1, tin of gloss
1, tin of emulsion (5ltr)
Brushes
rollers
wallpaper paste
and a plastic paste table.
After waiting for over a fortnight i rang to see when it was being delivered i was told this Friday, on this Friday they rang to tell me my order had been lost and that they were issuing a new order to be delivered today, all good i thought was i wrong.
I was out when the order arrived this morning but when i got back i noticed two paste tables so i thought i better check the rest that had been humped upstairs to the spare room and sure enough i had two of everything.
I opening a box and lifted out a tin of paint emulsion only to have it all over my hands and dripping onto my trousers, so i put it back in the box and rushed to the bathroom before it went all over the carpet,
after cleaning myself up i proceeded to open another box only to have yet again emulsion paint all over my hands( not as bad as the first tin).
I gave Wilkos a ring to inform them i had two of everything and to tell them what there paint had done to my trousers, i spent over 30 minuets having to go through all the labels collecting all the boxes with the same references and adding a unique reference number she had given me to the labels so the boxes could be collected on Monday, i was told i could keep the two tins of split paint.
When i mentioned the inconvenience of all this and the fact i had one pair of trousers in the bath with pain on them they told me it was water based so would come out but in way of an apology after they had received the stock back and verified it they would issue a gift voucher.
So after all this and me being honest i was basically being told i wasn't trusted, if i was going to lie i would of said it went all over the carpet, ill never order from them online again.
