Windows 10 clean install

I have been given an Acer Aspire laptop with Windows 10 installed along with a load of Acer crapware. It's an Intel Core i3 with 8GB RAM, 1TB HD.

Is it possible to wipe the hard drive and install a clean and fresh Windows 10 OS without any of the crapware that PC manufacturers insist on putting on their computers. If it is, how? Or would it be easier just to uninstall everything?

I have no system disks just a USB stick which is called "Knowhow Set Up USB" which I assume is from PC World which was where the laptop was bought from.

Quicker to install ccleaner from www.piriform.com and just uninstall the crap.

Not sure I'd want to put anything do do with Knowhow PC World into my laptop. In fact I am sure. Don't.

I never install from manufacturer supplied disks or recovery partitions for the reason @wildwood has given above. All of my installs are what I call "base installs". I do usually install the very basics for people as standard too, such as Adobe reader etc... but none of the bulk load of bloatware.
Your options are of course to obtain your own copy of Windows 10 in the form of a Microsoft install disc rather than manufacturer supplied one, or have me sort it for you (no obligation)

I charge a fixed fee of £30 for all computer jobs, bigblue. Included would be backup and restore of your documents / pictures etc if necessary, all the very latest Windows updates installed etc.
