Join us for a fun nature and craft afternoon. £1 per child, adults free. Drop-in at any time between 12noon and 3pm.

The main museum building is also open, from 11.30am until 3.30pm.

Please note that there is limited parking, so if you're local why not come on foot?

Not that i'm aware of.

They do have a really quite baffling sort of 'flow' diagram of the Rugeley power station, using moving lights to show the heat exchange of the various elements going in and out of the turbines etc. Quite mesmerising but utterly incomprehensible to me.

They're big on the history of the local coal mining industry as well - but don't let that put you off.

They had a dry tower at Rugeley, you know..?
