Been lookng at a house on Bridge Court in Woodseaves but have heard rumours of a stream running under the houses (Bridge Court makes sense I suppose) and some associated covenants thet prevent further building work, extensions etc. Anyone on here know anything about this?

SBC planning records show that about 18 months ago approval was given to an application for the construction of a conservatory at 1 Bridge Court, but the applicant was an SBC employee. The plan with the application seems to show a stream running down the bottom of the back gardens of 1-5 Bridge Court, right up against the boundary with the former Reform Tavern.

So, shouldn't affect No 9 then, got a second viewing tonight so will grill the vendors.

Been in Woodseaves a fortnight today, everyone so far very welcoming, got good neighbours, last night the guy next door but one gave us a knock to see if I fancied a wander up to The Cock for an hour but had already been. We were given two dwarf cabbages in the bar, proper pub.
