wowpad repair

Is there anybody out there who knows how to repair wowpad tablets?
Mine keeps locking up and wont install new update.

what's a wowpad? i've had a quick google, expecting the product/vendor to be the top result, but instead all i get is stuff like:

Just Brought Wowpad Will Not Boot
Cannot enter recovery mode (Superpad, X220, Apad, Wowpad)
How to Update Firmware of Superpad, Wowpad, Flytouch 2...

so, in summary, all i've learnt about these "wowpads" is that they break.. a lot lol..
