The Moathouse does afternoon tea. Think it's a bit pricey though.
i think that's perfectly reasonable for a lovely setting like the moathouse! depending on what you get, obv's..Thanks for the mention, we do in fact do afternoon tea in the superb setting of our restaurant where you can enjoy your afternoon tea whilst watching the boats go past on the canal, ducks on the pond and swans on the lawn. Keep the price a secret it's £13.00 pp - booking is essential
In truth I have no problem with the 13 quid, but se forumites are mor keen of the 2 for 10 quid type places Not been myself, but the good lady went wih sister, baby nephew and dad and loved it! as much as i love a bargain, and often go to "bogof" style places, i love nothing more than paying decent money for decent grub, so this sounds like it could be something to add to the "visiting relatives" repetoire..In truth I have no problem with the 13 quid, but se forumites are mor keen of the 2 for 10 quid type places Not been myself, but the good lady went wih sister, baby nephew and dad and loved it!
