If husband is home then im guaranteed a decent meal, unfortunately I'm not much of a cook and don't tend to have much of an appetite or interest in food. If I'm home alone then the days food will most likely consist of yoghurt and porridge, at a push I might opt for beans but usually porridge with a little honey is the safest bet.Is the one an inevitable consequence of the other, Peggy?
If it is - and I'm not being judgmental or anything - but have you or he ever considered a nice chicken tikka masala for a change? I mean, does he just get home, whip out the old fish kettle and start clattering about in the kitchen and there's you thinking oh no, him and his sea bass, I could murder a spag bol?
