Tonight we're having: Assemble your own chilli wraps.

A slightly different version today, realised after I'd started that I've got no kidney beans and happened to be on the phone to a friend who suggested using baked beans, initially feeling repulsed at the idea I then decided 'what the hell' and tipped them in.

Still bubbling away, smells nice enough, just hoping it tastes ok.

I use baked beans along with kidney beans usually. Asda do a nice bean mix, and TBH the heinz 5 beans are a good choice when they're on sale. My cooking tends to be a rather eclectic stab at a recipe book, often while imbibed, meaning I am rarely able to repeat the successes.

We like Chilli wraps, we like to put them in an oven proof dish, cover them in barbeque sauce, smoked cheese and bake until cheese is bubbling.

Using up stuff in the fridge tonight and managed to scrape together a tomato, yellow pepper and courgette risotto to go with a very delicious looking tuna steak.

Mrs T making me a fish pie for tonight. Pretty cool as she doesn't like the smell or feel of fish at all.
It'll be rubber gloves and food tongs time this afternoon!
