Cheating pasta bake type thing going on for me tonight.
Easy peasy to do ready in 30 minutes and cheaper than chips never mind cheap as.

Tonight I was mostly eating haddock and leek gratin in a creamy cider sauce, with sugarsnap peas and butter fried samphire. And it were bloody lovely!

Not a very nice take away from Simply Bilash. I did say let's order from Raas leela, but noo, he knew best!

I hate to think .... small child's ill, & we haven't done a shop yet - there's literally only snack food in the house, so I've sent the husband out to get 'something nice' for tea...

....his something nice is very, very different from my something nice....
