I suppose I should start an entirely new thing for this, but, does anyone know where in Stafford I can get Venison steaks?
Short of knocking down a deer on the Chase, I haven't got a clue. I know Iceland have them, but I want to go to a butchers.

They do have venison in Lidl, at times, but they're also frozen.

I would be surprised if John Anslow* couldn't satisfy your needs.

I'd be Tipsy McStaggered if you couldn't find them in Sainsburys.

If a proper butcher thou seek, then try the chap in the market if you don't want to walk any further than is necessary. I bet he'll undercut Sainsburys with a better product. Because that's what markets do.

I'm feeling incredibly lazy so tea will be frozen oven chips, baked beans and cheese & leek swirl. To make up for my tardiness I'm going to make Impossible Pudding for afters - haven't had one for years, so fingers crossed it will turn out well!

Hahahahaha. It was eggs that went down me today! I had a southern fried chicken wrap from Sainsburys. It were in the reduced section. Took 1 bite out of it, and it all went sailing down my front. Lucky my 'bits' are so big, or it would've landed on the floor!
