When was the last time you saw a 'head' of broccoli being cut?
Is it never?
Is it because it is being hidden from you?
Is it because the truth of calabrese production is so horrendous that you need to be sheltered from it?

Could i potentially make some sort of sinister insinuation about the harvesting of broccoli because you've absolutely no immediate experience of how its done?

Who are the questions aimed at?
If i were to answer the questions; i've seen many a head cut from a broccoli, it's a great sight, i've watched it steamed and many times i've seen them boiled.
I'm in the process of growing my own, so i can let you know how it goes if you like?
