Really? I've never been asked that and we've stayed in camping and caravanning club sites and independent sites. Our hook up is similar to thisIv been looking to buy an electrical hook up , but have been advised by various campsites that it must be at least 25 metres long?! I'm struggling to find 1. Can I not just buy the adaptor and run a 25 meter extension from it?

http://linktowbars.co.ukCan anyone recommend a company for installing a towbar? We have a rigid but our car Ford Bmax doesn't have much in the way of roofbar options so I'm thinking of getting a small trailer for camping trips.
Thanks! I’m going to order one of these !Really? I've never been asked that and we've stayed in camping and caravanning club sites and independent sites. Our hook up is similar to this

And at 15m should be more than sufficient. I would question with the site why it needs to be so long..... By the way that price is very good for a hook up unit !!
I’m still stocking up on camping stuff , What are your camping essentials/equipment ?
Red wine.
One or 2 good quality plastic crates to put the things you only take camping, in. Then when home you can just put the crate in the garage/shed.I’m still stocking up on camping stuff , What are your camping essentials/equipment ?
When you return, make some piles from what you took, and didn't take.
What you didn't really need - What you really did need - 'Emergency' stuff that you might genuinely need on occasion - Stuff you would have used if you had taken it - Stuff that really was just in the way - etc...
Do this repeatedly as your style of camping evolves.
