Stopped at the new lights at the bottom of Queensway, when the car in front decides because there are no cars coming on from the car park they no longer need to wait for the lights to change and carried on through the red light.
As luck would have it, both the sign and the building lie just outside of the conservation area that was extended late last year. The planning application clearly puts both next to argos;

Not sure about the blood bikes, but Severn Trent were expecting recent work to affect the water supply and were arranging alternative supplies.

We get more than enough horn beeping, light flashing, obscene gestures and near accidents just driving onto the drive, dread to think what would happen if I tried reversing on. Fortunately we have ample space to turn cars around on the drive, next door don't and end up reversing into the road...
Always thought they were just notices of intent to take you to court, unless they actually go through the civil court process you can ignore all correspondence/threats to your hearts content.
Council press release from earlier this year suggests they and developer are going for both sites concurrently and starting this year,
