A few posts under my belt
Hi all,

I'm Colin, I signed up a few days ago and looking to make friends/meet people and find a property to rent too.

Hope you're all well, feel free to add me either on Facebook or Twitter.

Sorry, should have introduced myself properly. I have lived in Stafford for just over 30 years, have two daughters and just become a grannie this year. Am semi retired but work when needed and love travelling. Anyone know of a book club in Stafford please?

Hiya folks. A nooB to the forums. Been a resident of this town on and off for over 25 years and have seen a lot of hairdressers, coffee shops and charity shops come and go in my time.

Hi, I'm Katy I'm 23, I moved to Stafford around 2 years ago and I'm getting used to the area after moving from Preston, Lancashire to be with my boyfriend. It's taken a while to get used to the area and the surroundings but I'm liking it after 18 months of not really liking it. I love food and eating out and have struggled to come across anywhere amazing that is local. I've been to a couple of places but no where really memorable.

I guess I'm on here to be a little bit nosey after having a leaflet posted about streetlife and someone commenting on there that this is the place to be :). It's interesting so far seeing peoples opinions on different restaurants and about new shops in the area being built. Hopefully it will become a useful forum even though within my first hour someone has commented about someone being suspicious for commenting about a local curry house ha ha (which is exactly what I did, woops). The forum police are about I see.

Anyway I will carry on having a browse. :)
