All one big joke to you isn't it. You people are totally unable to have a serious discussion, because none of you have actually got any views about anything. Every attempt at a proper discussion just degenerates into farce, because that is the only level of understanding that you can cope with.

I seem to be remember that you were warned by @Admin a few weeks ago for telling people what to do.
I think his words to you were "It is not your place to tell people how to behave"
Therefore if we want to post in a lighthearted way then you have no right to tell us that we can't.

There is no point in a board where people just make jokes out of everything. Jokes are pointless and a waste of everybody's time.
A forum is intended for serious discussion, but you people will not do that, because you just treat everything as a joke and have no real understanding of the issues. As I have said before, none of you are actually bothered about Stafford and it's failings, everything is just one big joke and you leave it up to other people, like me, to sort out the mess.

I think plenty of people have engaged in discussion with you, and in fact at times have agreed with you. Whenever they may have a slightly disagreed or had a different opinion, however, you then claim they don't want anything to get better or, most of the time, are very rude.
This place used to be fun. We'd have serious debates, we'd fall out but we'd all generally get on. This seems to be an alien concept to you and so you continue to complain and complain. I can go elsewhere for that, it's not why I use internet forums.

OK let's just move the market into the Shirehall leaving the Guildhall to be flattened and something more useful built in its place. The Shirehall could become a place for new starts ups and pop up shops with a cafe/coffee shop. Stafford isn't dying it's evolving which takes years to transform.
Also Internet shopping is great for larger items but at which point will retailers carry the cost of postage and returns or at least carry some of the costs now before it becomes uneconomic to carry on. This is why the high street will survive in my opinion.

I think that is a good idea that should warrant investigation.
However, let us not forget that the Shirehall is owned by the County Council and they have consistently shown that they care not one bit about what is best for Stafford.
