HI All,
In a bid to achieve a Michelin star, I have been working hard in the kitchen to create something extra special. The new dinner menu looks somewhat familiar, but I am using even better ingredients and more consistent and technically advanced cooking techniques to get even better culinary results.
There are some new dishes on the menu as well; all I can say is SMOKEHOUSE!
I do have other changes planned in the near future, but this menu is a giant leap forward in the pursuit of world-class excellences.
This new menu will be launched on Valentine's Day Dinner, so please treat your partner to something uber special and book now. Space is always very limited.

Went in for the first time in a few years on Saturday. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Only had a really nice house coffee (so nice I had to have another). The menu looked pretty good compared to last time & very reasonably priced too. I just wish they could do something about the fecking dog out the back that never stopped barking all the time we were in there. Annoying but wouldn't stop us returning though, will try the food next time.

And yet still no chips.
Why does he think that people want a gourmet burger but without a handful of gorgeous handcrafted chips on the side?
But apparently the oil on the chips ruins the palate.
What a load of pretentious clap trap nonsense.

Sorry, it’s taken me over 18 months to reply to you.
No, I haven’t ever owned one, but I’ve been a customer in many restaurants.
Why did you ask?
I’m only asking because ages ago I queried his business plan, and I queried his opening hours and his apparent lack of business sense.
I felt that you thought that because I hadn’t actually owned a business myself then I wasn’t in a place to pass judgment.
