HI All,
In a bid to achieve a Michelin star, I have been working hard in the kitchen to create something extra special. The new dinner menu looks somewhat familiar, but I am using even better ingredients and more consistent and technically advanced cooking techniques to get even better culinary results.
There are some new dishes on the menu as well; all I can say is SMOKEHOUSE!
I do have other changes planned in the near future, but this menu is a giant leap forward in the pursuit of world-class excellences.
This new menu will be launched on Valentine's Day Dinner, so please treat your partner to something uber special and book now. Space is always very limited.

The reason being, I have laryngitis. I could not even do the radio show today, no voice. I know what everyone is thinking - finally, something shut me up!
So, I am taking time to rest my voice and prepping up for the exciting new dinner menu, which starts on Thursday at 5:30.
There are a few tables for Valentine's available, be one of the first to find out what I have been up to in the kitchen. The culinary bar has been raised!
