And, Stand by me, The Shining, (Rita Hayworth &) The Shawshank redemption, Delores Claibourne & The Green Mile, it seems that are either amazing... Or utter crapI watched it from behind my hands, simply because of Tim Curry.
Along with Misery, IT, is one of the few Stephen King books that transferred well to the big screen.
