Stafford Hospital Protest - TOMORROW, 19th Jan @ 4.30 Outside County Buildings

If you want to keep local services then please make sure that your voice is heard tomorrow if you possibly can make it. It's a totally inconvenient time but blame the council and Mark Hackett, chief exec of Stoke hospital for that! To be clear about the hospital situation if you are unsure -...

Anyone know a good reliable builder / plumber ?!

It looks as thought there could be damp pulling through the dab that holds the plaster boards to the wall. We had this on a rental property recently. If you want someone to pop over give us a shout. http://www.wattmeyerbuilds.co.uk/

    House Rewire

I would highly recommend Squires Electrical. I've quite a bit of work done by them including a total re wire. The owner, Colin is a really nice, easy to deal with and honest bloke. I use him on my own house as well as several rentals that I have. http://www.electrician-stafford.co.uk/

Carpet crawlers on at Gatehouse, anyone seen them?

Thanks for your kind words! We loved the gig and the audience were great which always helps. It's not the first Greg Lake comparison I've had. In fact, Andy the keyboard player finds it hilarious!

Carpet crawlers on at Gatehouse, anyone seen them?

I really hope that there is a mass of faces! We use MIDI Taurus pedals which are much more reliable. We use a combination of sounds including the Moog Taurus VSTs. I believe that when Genesis last toured they took about 4 or 5 sets of Taurus because of the reliability. You should certainly...

Carpet crawlers on at Gatehouse, anyone seen them?

Hi, I play in the band so anything you want to know I can try to answer. (apart from what will the set list be?) In general our show is about three hours long and split pretty much in half between the Gabriel material and the Collins material. That way we hope that we will please as many...

    Made to measure curtians

Hi, My wife is starting to think about setting up her own business making curtains. She is really good and has made a fair bit of stuff in our house such as duvet covers and curtains. She wants to gain more experience. First question is, do you think that there is a market for this or is...
