I agree with you Tinkerbell,
If you seem to be a regular at Castlefields it seems you can get a appointment a lot easier than if the last time you went was 3 plus years ago.
The dentist there is good had to go when mine in Gt Haywood was on holiday
I have heard Lurve Handle are on about 16:00 on the main stage.
I agree with basil, if any dog owners are going to the castle and cannot leave their dogs at home please bring the dog on a lead and keep the dog under control. I am not into sharing my food with some wandering mut.
Every time I visit the tip somebody is always getting rid of them Leylandii fir trees. Yesterday it was my turn. A hell of a lot of people must of brought these tree's a few years ago. Now fed up with them as they are blocking out the light to their windows.
Has anybody or knows of any photos from the 2010 Middle of Nowhere Festival. I have been told they are on facebook, but being new to this network site i am still trying to find my way around.
The armoured security van was a land rover so was the fire engine i looked into buying the fire engine but was beaten to it. Never found out where it went.
Slowly working through the menu.
The meat platter was very good on Sunday but no toffee roulade left for afters.
The batemans beer was good too.
Pedigree tasted excellent on Saturday.
Another good Sunday afternoon in The Pie and Ale House. the Pedigree was off so had try a few other ales, the Titanic White Star was good. The Mr Porky's pie was also good. Ms jester enjoyed the special coffee so much she had another when we returned later on.
Good news about the beer festival I shall be there trying some of 30 something ales.
Should be in there again this coming Sunday afternoon if all goes to plan, different pie & beer this week i think.
The Pie and Ale House,
Excellent place called twice Sunday afternoon. I had the moo pie & a pint of Pedigree, ms jester had the sausage & mash with half a cider. After an hours window shopping it was back there for more Pedigree & wine for ms jester. Will be back next week end.
Thanks Gramaisc will have to give the place a try next week end. Saturday could be a long day.
I think being open all them hours they should be let off for staying in bed an extra hour on a Sunday.
