2 into 1 does not go

It really annoys me when they insist on sometimes building roads where 2 lanes merge into 1 !

This happened in Telford earlier but there are a few places in Stafford that have similar layouts. My pet hate is the main Queensway island going towards Sainsbury's!

There is new road layout by Weston Road High School, coming back into Stafford. You have the traffic coming off Blackheath Lane and what has come off the Weston Road. Came through there today at morning rush hour and I am still trying too fathom why they have done it like that.

I know what you mean - coming from Blackheath Lane gives you priority - crazy!

Another one that gets on my wick is here...the 2 into 1 is so short I really don't know why they bothered!

Zip it

In San Francisco we used to zip at junctions

One in, move on, one in, move on, one in move on, just like a rusty fly hole

To let him know what a stupid manoeuvre it was that nearly caused an accident....?

Erm..

Some people can react in a non passive way to the sound of a parp

They see a parp as an act of aggression

Parping is not a means of scoring or judging

Parping can escalate a bad move into a full blown Parp n Rage

Parping - to let someone know of your presence

Ooo, get you with your 'parping.' You've been hanging around with Kylie and Wariwck down in the big smoke for far too long. It's papping, dunna you forget it.

lol - so from watching the video of all the things you could question or comment on you pick up on me sounding my horn!

He's lucky that's all he got!

He never even put his hand up to admit he did a stupid manoeuvre.

They did it like this, a) to save money so that there was more left in the pot to build up the ISE Beencon Park empire, and b) to keep the cycling population down. Whoever signed it off should be made to ride a bike from Weston into town at peak times in the dark, preferably when it's raining and foggy. Better still, let the chief exec do it, then we'd save a few hundred grand a year. The only flaw here is that road accidents involving serious injuries cost us a lot of money.

But thankfully this is England, not Russia, so the likelihood of them getting out of the car brandishing an axe is quite slim.
