I know farm food had none last time I was there :/
I spoke to a couple of staff members who when asked about the toilet roll situation, told me that they have stocks every day but people are queuing from 4.45am to rush in and buy it. Shop currently opens at 6am.
Madness.
Just had to go into Asda for my prescription and did a quick tour round for fresh produce.
Lots of veg and a reasonable amount of fruit. Plenty of milk and bread.
Hardly any meat, no loo rolls, anti bacterial stuff and they've totally run out of panic so hopefully people will now stop shopping for the latter.
I was keeping as far away from people as possible but some folk are just ignoring it including the Asda lady at the self service tills. She wanted to help everybody pack and kept pacing up and down right next to customers and asking them if she could help.
It's surprising how quickly people practice social distancing if you have a few indiscreet coughs in the checkout queue. Works much better than an eggy fart.Noticed during my shop yesterday that everyone is ignoring the distance rules to get their panic buying done. So they can stay inside. Away from the people they were just squeezing against. To protect themselves.
