Now more at the revamped Wildwood park.

I saw a few months ago (on the council website) they were building an improved skate park there (replacing the old bits), have they done that?

If there have been improvements and anyone has any pictures I will be eternally grateful. I can't find anything on the council website.

Cos at 1 time the little shits that lived up that end would've destroyed it. Sadly them same little shits have now grown up into bigger shits and had little shits of their own. It's a vicious circle.
I'm not moaning for sake of it, before anyone starts. My eldest 2 went to school up that end with some of the roughest kids ever. I used dread them coming home with sumat else nicked or destroyed.

Totally agree - its sad but true & because of all the little shits I have to drive to the other side of town to take my daughter to a decent park instead of being able to walk to one... :(

How do I edit this?
So with my fear of dying of a heart attack in my 40s finally outweighing my fear of looking like a tit in public, I've just been up to the Wildwood outdoor gym to give it a go.

If anyone uses it regularly I'd be interested in learning how to use this as the instructions didn't seem to make much sense:
Step-Box-Multi-Gym-1-1-1024x721.jpg

Also the workout I downloaded to try said things like "2 sets of 5 reps". Does that mean "do 5, have a rest & do five more" (& if so how long is the rest meant to be?) or "do 5, use some other bits of equipment, then come back and do 5 more"?

Apologies if these are idiot questions, but gyms are a bit of a foreign concept to me.

Stand on footrests (at bottom of contraption), grip sticky-up bars in hands making sure that your arms are flat & elbows flat to the level surface. Then raise your legs from the waist & hold them level straight in front of you. Repeat 10 (ish) times. You can lift legs up & place down quite quickly, or try holding the legs infront position for a while....
Im sure there is also something else you can do on this equipment too - maybe that entails you raising your bodyweight up & down, but im not sure....I'll be back if i remember!
Maybe this...
Reps....info here....https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/the-correct-number-of-reps-per-set-in-the-gym/

I go to the gym with my carer (husband) we do 3 sets of 10 reps on most things, so carer does 10 preacher curls, then I do 10, carer 10, me 10, carer 10 again & then my last 10. (Hope that makes sense!) If you are there on your own you could rest after the first 10 or use a different piece of machinery that uses a different set of muscles from the one yiu start on....
